Payment


How can I pay?
When you are ready to place an order you have the choice to pay with one of the following payment options:
  • Bancontact
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Transfer*

* Never possible for the first order



Delivery


When will my order be delivered?
If your order consists of stock items, it will be processed immediately and delivered within a few days.

In which countries do you deliver?
Prosafco delivers in Belgium and the Netherlands.

How can I track my order?
The parcel service, GLS, will take care of the delivery of your order. They will keep you informed on the status of your package. Shortly after ordering you will receive an e-mail with an estimated delivery date and time. Once GLS collects your finished package at Prosafco, you will receive a second e-mail, in which the final estimated delivery date and once again the estimated time frame is given.

If you would like to stop receiving these e-mails, please contact our customer service.

What if my order is incomplete?
First check in your e-mail or on the delivery note whether the rest of your order still has to come via another shipment. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team. They will make sure you receive the rest of your order soon.



Return policy


How can I return an item?
Are you unsatisfied with an order and wish to return it? Please contact your regular contact person or send us an email at webshop@prosafco.be, stating the purchase number, which items you wish to return and the reason for return. We will happily help you further with the return process.

Do I have to pay for the return costs?
If the reason for your return is because of an error made by Prosafco, then we take the item back free of charge. In all other cases, the return costs are for your own account and an administration fee can be charged.
