When checking out your order, you have a choice of the payment options below:

If you place an order with us as a company for the first time, we will ask you to pay immediately.

If you wish to purchase on account in the future, submit your application here.

Did you get a notification that the payment failed, but the money did leave your account? Don't worry, we did receive your order correctly and are tracking your transaction. You do not need to do anything further for this. Would you still like more information or confirmation? Report 

Online, we unfortunately cannot process payments with gift vouchers.
You can do this in one of our shops.

Once your return has been received by us, we will take the necessary steps to process your refund as soon as possible.
